This ensures that schools in the ACT can be staffed by qualified teachers under Commonwealth employment terms and conditions, rather than being limited to separate state or territory employment frameworks."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/commonwealth-teaching-service-prescribed-authorities-regulations","history":"/api/acts/commonwealth-teaching-service-prescribed-authorities-regulations/history","analysis":"/api/acts/commonwealth-teaching-service-prescribed-authorities-regulations/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/commonwealth-teaching-service-prescribed-authorities-regulations/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/commonwealth-teaching-service-prescribed-authorities-regulations/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/commonwealth-teaching-service-prescribed-authorities-regulations/documents"}}
