BEAZLEY\n\nMinister for Finance for the\n\nMinister for Human Services and Health\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\n1. Commencement\n\n1.1 These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 3 June 1994, being the sale day.\n\n1.2 For the purposes of subsection 48 (1) of the CSL Sale Act 1993, it is declared that the Governor-General is satisfied that these Regulations are connected with the sale of the CSL.\n\n1.3 In this Regulation, “sale day” and “CSL’ have the same meanings respectively as in the CSL Sale Act 1993.\n\n2. Repeal of Commonwealth Serum Laboratory Regulations\n\n2.1 Statutory Rules 1981 No. 7; 1983 No. 23; 1984 No. 81; 1986 No. 112; and 1989 No. 35 are repealed.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nNOTE\n\n> Note: 1.
