These Regulations may be cited as the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) (Prescribed Organizations) Regulations.\n\nPrescribed Organizations\n\n2\\. The following organizations, being organizations representing the interests of employees or a class of employees, are prescribed for the purposes of section 7 of the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979:\n\n(a) the Council of Australian Government Employee Organisations;\n\n(b) the Australian Council of Trade Unions;\n\n(c) the Australian Council of Salaried and Professional Associations; and\n\n(d) the Council of Professional Associations.\n\nNOTE\n\n1\\.
