WALKER\n\nMinister for Administrative Services\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\n1. Commencement\n\n1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 July 1995.\n\n  \n2.
