management and the\nBoard shall thereupon reconsider the matter and prepare a fresh\nplan of management or again forward to the Minister the same plan\nof management, and in relation to the preparation of or dealing with\nthe fresh plan of management, or with the same plan of\nmanagement again forwarded to the Minister, as the case may be,\nsection 27 and subsections (2), (3) and (4) of this section apply as\nthough the plan of management were the first plan of management\nprepared for the sanctuary.\n(6) Where a plan of management disallowed by the Legislative\nAssembly is again The legislation has expanded beyond its original scope through amendments (particularly in 1996) to explicitly include the 'marine park' adjacent to the peninsula. The title was changed to include 'Marine Park', and numerous provisions were amended to apply to both the sanctuary and marine park.
