Mechanically, it removes an existing rule from the principal outdoor‑dining regime; businesses, permit‑holders and the City should consult the principal local law to see which obligation, restriction or entitlement has been removed and how that alters compliance and operational choices."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/city-of-perth-outdoor-dining-amendment-local-law-2019","history":"/api/acts/city-of-perth-outdoor-dining-amendment-local-law-2019/history","analysis":"/api/acts/city-of-perth-outdoor-dining-amendment-local-law-2019/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/city-of-perth-outdoor-dining-amendment-local-law-2019/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/city-of-perth-outdoor-dining-amendment-local-law-2019/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/city-of-perth-outdoor-dining-amendment-local-law-2019/documents"}}
