It removes a single clause (clause 3.2) from the Shire's existing Cat Local Law 2016. The amendment was made under the Local Government Act 1995 and the Cat Act 2011. Because the actual text of clause 3.2 is not reproduced in this document, we cannot say exactly what rule was removed, but typically such clauses cover matters like cat registration, breeding, or keeping restrictions. The amendment takes effect 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette."},"flash_summary":{"complexity_score":4,"scope_assessment":{"changed":true,"description":"The instrument expressly removes clause 3.2 of the Shire's Cat Local Law 2016 (cl.5), so the substantive regulatory content and therefore the scope of local regulation has been altered. It applies across the Shire (cl.3).
