Stanton  \nBranch Manager, General, Recreational & Sport Aviation  \nStakeholder Engagement Division\n\n26 May 2020\n\nCASA EX85/20 — Small and Light Unmanned Free Balloons (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) Exemption 2020\n\n1 Name\n\nThis instrument is CASA EX85/20 — Small and Light Unmanned Free Balloons (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) Exemption 2020.\n\n2 Duration\n\nThis instrument:\n\n(a) commences on 1 June 2020; and\n\n(b) is repealed at the end of 31 May 2021.\n\n3 Definitions\n\n> Note In this instrument, certain terms and expressions have the same meaning as they have in the Civil Aviation Act 1988 and the regulations.
