Gemmell\\]\n\nBruce Gemmell\n\nDeputy Chief Executive and\n\nChief Operating Officer\n\n22 December 2005\n\nExemption — maximum take-off weight and installation of fuel system\n\n1 Duration\n\nThis instrument:\n\n(a) commences on the day after it is registered; and\n\n(b) stops having effect at the end of 31 January 2006.\n\n2 Application\n\nThis instrument applies to the Cessna 208B aircraft:\n\n(a) bearing the nationality and registration marks VH-SHW (the aircraft); and\n\n(b) operated by Dick Smith Adventure Pty Ltd (the operator), Aviation Reference Number 086701; and\n\n(c) engaged in a return flight between Bankstown (New South Wales) and New Zealand (the operation).\n\n3 Exemption\n\nThe aircraft is exempt from compliance with:\n\n(a) subregulations 235 (4) and (5) of CAR 1988; and\n\n(b) regulation 42U of CAR 1988 in relation to the design and installation of the aircraft’s fuel system.\n\n4 Conditions\n\nThe exemption is subject to the conditions mentioned in Schedule 1.\n\nSchedule 1 Conditions\n\n1 The aircraft must be fitted with a fuel system installed in accordance with Engineering Instruction Sheet No 201/263/EI 1 published by Auto Avia Design Pty Ltd.\n\n2 While the fuel system is installed, the aircraft may only be used for private operations.\n\n3 The operator must ensure that the aircraft is not occupied by more than 2 persons during the operation.\n\n4 The operation must be carried out in accordance with Ferry Operating Instructions 201/263/FOS published by Auto Avia Design Pty Ltd.","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":2047},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The instrument remains tightly confined to its original purpose: a temporary exemption for a specific ferry flight.
