McCormick  \nDirector of Aviation Safety\n\n10 June 2010\n\nExemption — issue of export airworthiness approvals\n\n1 Duration\n\nThis instrument:\n\n(a) commences on the day after it is registered; and\n\n(b) stops having effect at the end of June 2010.\n\n2 Application\n\nThis instrument applies to the Sikorsky S76C aircraft with nationality and registration mark VH-BKS, serial number 760521 (the aircraft), currently in the Republic of Korea.\n\n3 Exemption\n\nHelicopter Resources Pty Ltd, the registered operator, is exempt from compliance with subregulation 21.329 (3) of CASR 1998 in relation to maintenance in accordance with a system of maintenance approved in accordance with Part 4A of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988.\n\n4 Conditions\n\nThe exemption is subject to the conditions mentioned in Schedule 1.\n\nSchedule 1 Conditions\n\n1 The aircraft must undergo maintenance in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Sikorsky S76C Airworthiness Limitations and Inspection Requirements (SA4047-76C-2-1).\n\n2 The registered operator of the aircraft must ensure that the aircraft meets all the requirements of subregulation 21.183 (3) of CASR 1998.","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":1900},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"This instrument maintains its original narrow scope—a time-limited, single-aircraft exemption to facilitate export.
