Gemmell\\]\n\nBruce Gemmell  \nDeputy Chief Executive and  \nChief Operating Officer\n\n28 July 2006\n\nExemption — of authorised flying instructors employed by Singapore Flying College Pte Ltd\n\n1 Duration\n\nThis instrument:\n\n(a) commences on 1 August 2006; and\n\n(b) stops having effect at the end of July 2008.\n\n2 Application\n\nThis instrument applies to flying training conducted by an authorised flying instructor employed by Singapore Flying College Pte Ltd (Aviation Reference Number W901286) (the College).\n\n3 Exemption\n\nThe College is exempt from compliance with paragraph 5.70 (a) of CAR 1988.\n\n4 Conditions\n\nThe exemption is subject to the conditions mentioned in Schedule 1.\n\nSchedule 1 Conditions\n\nThe flying instructor must ensure that the flying training is conducted:\n\n(a) only in Cessna 172 or Beechcraft 58 type aircraft; and\n\n(b) only in relation to student pilots of the College who:\n\n(i) have at least 20 hours aeronautical experience in a registered or a recognised aeroplane of which 5 hours are as pilot in command and at least 2 hours are instrument flight time; and\n\n(ii) have completed a flight test (for the category of aircraft that the student proposes to fly) that is:\n\n(A) based on a syllabus of flying training that is nominated by the College and approved in writing by CASA as equivalent to the general flying progress flight test; and\n\n(B) conducted by an approved testing officer or CASA; and\n\n(c) only for the purposes of the flying instructor’s employment by the College.","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":2074},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"This instrument remained a narrow, entity-specific exemption throughout its life.
