Carmody\\]\n\nShane Carmody  \nDeputy Chief Executive  \nStrategy and Support\n\n19 July 2007\n\nExemption — display of markings on Boeing Stearman bi-plane\n\n1 Duration\n\nThis instrument:\n\n(a) commences on the day after it is registered; and\n\n(b) stops having effect:\n\n(i) at the end of the day on which the aircraft’s colour scheme is changed; or\n\n(ii) at the end of 30 June 2009;\n\nwhichever happens first.\n\n2 Application\n\nThis instrument applies to the operator of the Boeing Stearman bi-plane bearing the nationality and registration marks VH\\-ZYZ (the operator).\n\n3 Exemption — relating to display of markings\n\nThis instrument exempts the operator from compliance with subparagraph 45.065 (3) (b) (ii) of CASR 1998.\n\n4 Condition\n\nThe exemption is subject to the condition in Schedule 1.\n\nSchedule 1 Condition\n\nThe aircraft’s nationality and registration marks must be painted:\n\n(a) on both sides of the aircraft’s rear fuselage; and\n\n(b) in characters that are not less than 50 mm high.","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":2839},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":1,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The instrument remains tightly scoped to its original purpose — granting a specific marking exemption for a single vintage aircraft.
