This exemption recognises that for these specific high-tech navigation procedures, the Naverus charts contain the necessary safety information, so pilots don't need to also carry the standard charts for those particular maneuvers. It was a time-limited approval tied to another instrument (CASA 109/10) and expired by March 2011."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/casa-ex30-10-exemption-carriage-of-aeronautical-maps-charts-and-other-aeronautical-information-and-i","history":"/api/acts/casa-ex30-10-exemption-carriage-of-aeronautical-maps-charts-and-other-aeronautical-information-and-i/history","analysis":"/api/acts/casa-ex30-10-exemption-carriage-of-aeronautical-maps-charts-and-other-aeronautical-information-and-i/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/casa-ex30-10-exemption-carriage-of-aeronautical-maps-charts-and-other-aeronautical-information-and-i/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/casa-ex30-10-exemption-carriage-of-aeronautical-maps-charts-and-other-aeronautical-information-and-i/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/casa-ex30-10-exemption-carriage-of-aeronautical-maps-charts-and-other-aeronautical-information-and-i/documents"}}
