Martin\\]\n\nCraig Martin  \nExecutive Manager, Regulatory Services & Surveillance\n\n28 September 2020\n\nCASA EX135/20 — DAMP Organisations to provide Information to CASA Exemption 2020\n\n1 Name\n\nThis instrument is CASA EX135/20 — DAMP Organisations to provide Information to CASA Exemption 2020.\n\n2 Duration\n\nThis instrument:\n\n(a) commences on 1 October 2020; and\n\n(b) is repealed at the end of 30 September 2023.\n\n3 Exemption\n\nA DAMP organisation that has implemented a DAMP is exempt from compliance with subregulations 99.100 (1) and (2) of CASR.\n\n> Note DAMP and DAMP organisation are defined in subregulation 99.010 (1) of CASR.\n\n4 Conditions\n\nThe exemption is subject to the condition that the DAMP organisation must:\n\n(a) create records of the information mentioned in subregulation 99.100 (1) of CASR; and\n\n(b) ensure each record states the date the record was created; and\n\n(c) keep each record in a secure location for 5 years from the end of the DAMP reporting period during which the record was created; and\n\n(d) comply with subregulation 99.105 (3) of CASR in relation to a record, as if the record was provided to CASA on the last day of the DAMP reporting period in which the record was created.\n\n> Note DAMP reporting period is defined in subregulation 99.010 (1) of CASR.","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":1658},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The instrument remains precisely scoped to its stated purpose: exempting DAMP organisations from immediate reporting obligations while imposing equivalent record-keeping conditions.
