Gemmell\\]\n\nBruce Gemmell  \nDeputy Chief Executive Officer, Operations\n\n12 March 2007\n\nExemption — maximum take-off weight requirements in flight manuals or other documents (agricultural or restricted category aircraft)\n\n1 Duration\n\nThis instrument:\n\n(a) commences on the day after it is registered; and\n\n(b) stops having effect at the end of March 2009.\n\n2 Application\n\nThis instrument applies to single engine aeroplanes engaged in private or aerial work operations and having:\n\n(a) a certificate of airworthiness in the agricultural category or in the restricted category; and\n\n(b) a permanently installed jettison system to allow the pilot in command to jettison in flight the contents of a hopper or vessel permanently installed in the aeroplane.\n\n3 Exemption — relating to maximum permitted take-off weight\n\nThis instrument exempts aircraft mentioned in section 2 from compliance with the requirements of regulation 138 of CAR 1988, to the extent that the regulation requires compliance with the maximum take-off weight contained in a flight manual or a placard or another document.","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":2216},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The instrument maintains a tight focus on its original, narrow purpose of exempting specific agricultural aircraft from flight manual weight limits.
