HOWE\n\nMinister of State for Health, Housing and Community Services\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\n1. Commencement\n\n1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 May 1992.\n\n2. Amendment\n\n2.1 The Health Insurance (1991-1992 Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.\n\n  \n\n3. Schedule (Table of Diagnostic Imaging Services)\n\n3.1 Rules of Interpretation—subrule 5 (6):\n\nAdd at the end:\n\n“; or (c) in the case of item 59300, 59303, 59306, 59309 or 59312, the service is given at a clinic whose name and address is stated in subrule (6A).”\n\n3.2 Rules of Interpretation—rule 5:\n\nAfter subrule 5 (6), insert:\n\n“(6A) For the purposes of paragraph 5 (6) (c), the following clinics are stated:\n\n(a) Bankstown Diagnostic Breast Centre,\n\n52 Kitchener Parade,\n\nBankstown NSW 2200;\n\n(b) The Breast Centre,\n\n219 Christo Road,\n\nWaratah NSW 2298;\n\n(c) St Andrew’s Breast Clinic,\n\nSt Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital,\n\n457 Wickham Terrace,\n\nBrisbane Qld 4000;\n\n(d) Sydney Square Breast Clinic,\n\n12th floor,\n\n99 Bathurst Street,\n\nSydney NSW 2000;\n\n(e) The Wesley Breast Clinic,\n\nThe Wesley Hospital,\n\n451 Coronation Drive,\n\nAuchenflower Qld 4066.”.\n\nNOTES\n\n> Note: 1.
