Typo correction**\n- Fixes the spelling of \"Lloyd's\" (with an apostrophe) in Regulation 5, correcting a reference to **Lloyd's Register** — a major international organisation that inspects and certifies ships.\n\n**2. Removing outdated rules**\n- **Deletes sub-regulation 5(5)**: Removes a specific rule about who can authorise ship surveys.\n- **Deletes sub-regulations 6(6) and 6(7)**: Removes specific rules about ship classification certificates.\n\n**Why this matters**\nThese changes tidy up the rules governing who can inspect Australian ships and what documentation they need. By removing the specified sub-regulations, the government is likely streamlining requirements or removing redundant restrictions, though the exact effect depends on what those deleted provisions actually said (which isn't reproduced here)."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/c1976l00119","history":"/api/acts/c1976l00119/history","analysis":"/api/acts/c1976l00119/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/c1976l00119/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/c1976l00119/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/c1976l00119/documents"}}
