It updates two internal references in the regulations that control what books and publications can be blocked from entering Australia.\n\n**What it does:**\n- Changes two mentions of \"Item 7 of the First Schedule\" to \"Item 5a of the Second Schedule\"\n- Affects Regulation 3 and Regulation 12(4) of the existing censorship regulations\n\n**Why it matters:**\nThis is administrative housekeeping. The government was reorganizing how it listed prohibited items in customs documents. Instead of banned books being listed in Item 7 of the First Schedule, they would now be listed in Item 5a of the Second Schedule. The actual power to censor literature at the border didn't change—only the specific form numbers and schedule locations were updated."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/c1962l00083","history":"/api/acts/c1962l00083/history","analysis":"/api/acts/c1962l00083/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/c1962l00083/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/c1962l00083/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/c1962l00083/documents"}}
