No. .\n\n––––––––––\n\nREGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1946-1947.\\*\n\nI, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence (Transitional Provisions) Act 1946-1947.\n\nDated this Twenty-Third day of September, 1948.\n\nW. Regulations 13 to 19 (inclusive) of the National Security (Australian Tobacco Leaf) Regulations are repealed.\n\nPowers of Board.\n\n2\\. Regulation 20 of the National Security (Australian Tobacco Leaf) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (c).\n\nRepeal of regulations 22 and 23.\n\n3\\. Regulations 22 and 23 of the National Security (Australian Tobacco Leaf) Regulations are repealed.\n\n\\* Notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on , 1948.\n\n† Being the Regulations having that title as in force under the Defence (Transitional Provisions) Act 1946-1947.
