Commencement\n\nThis Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.\n\n    3. Definitions\n\nIn this Determination:\n\nACMA means the Australian Communications and Media Authority;\n\nGriffith and MIA TV1 licence area is the area determined by the ACMA in the Licence Area Plan - Griffith and the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area Television made under subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992;\n\nsimulcast period has the same meaning as in paragraphs (a) and (c) of the definition of ‘simulcast period’ in clause 2 of Schedule 4 to the Broadcasting Services Act 1992;\n\nSouthern New South Wales TV1 licence area is the area determined by the ACMA in the Licence Area Plan - Southern NSW Analog Television made under subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.\n\n    4.
