Name of Determination\n\nThis Determination is the Broadcasting Services (Simulcast Period for Mildura/Sunraysia Licence Area) Determination (No. 2) 2009.\n\n2. Commencement\n\nThis Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.\n\n3. Definitions\n\nIn this Determination:\n\nMildura/Sunraysia licence area is the area determined by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) in the Licence Area Plan Mildura/Sunraysia Television and Radio made under subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992; and\n\nsimulcast period has the same meaning as paragraphs (a) and (c) of the definition of ‘simulcast period’ in clause 2 of Schedule 4 to the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.\n\n4.
