Name of Determination\n\nThis Determination is the Broadcasting Services (Simulcast Period for Darwin TV1) Determination (No. 1) 2012.\n\n2. Commencement\n\nThis Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.\n\n3. Definitions\n\nIn this Determination:\n\nACMA means the Australian Communications and Media Authority;\n\nDarwin TV1 licence area is the area determined by the ACMA in the Licence Area Plan ‑ Darwin Television made under subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992; and\n\nsimulcast period has the same meaning as in paragraphs (a) and (c) of the definition of ‘simulcast period’ in clause 2 of Schedule 4 to the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.\n\n4.
