Name of Determination\n\nThis Determination is the Broadcasting Services (Digital-Only Local Market Area for the Mildura/Sunraysia Licence Area) Determination (No. 1) 2010.\n\n2. Commencement\n\nThis Determination commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.\n\n3. Definitions\n\nIn this Determination:\n\ndigital-only local market area has the same meaning given by clause 5F of Schedule 4 to the Act;\n\nlocal market area has the same meaning given by clause 5F of Schedule 4 to the Act;\n\nMildura/Sunraysia licence area is the area determined by the Australian Communications and Media Authority in the Licence Area Plan Mildura/Sunraysia Television and Radio made under subsection 26(1) of the Act; and\n\nthe Act means the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.\n\n4.
