The whole of this instrument The later of:\n\n1. the day after this instrument is registered; and\n2. the day and time the Biosecurity (Biosecurity Activity Zones) Repeal Determination 2021 commences.\n\n\nNote: This table relates only to the provisions of this instrument as originally made. It will not be amended to deal with any later amendments of this instrument.\n\n (2) Any information in column 3 of the table is not part of this instrument. Information may be inserted in this column, or information in it may be edited, in any published version of this instrument.\n\n3  Authority\n\n  This instrument is made under subsection 395(1) of the Biosecurity Act 2015.\n\n4  Definitions\n\n  In this instrument:\n\nAct means the Biosecurity Act 2015.\n\n5  Biosecurity activity zone—Mickleham (Victoria)\n\n1.     For the purposes of subsection 395(1) of the Act, the specified area in subsection (2), that is in Australian Territory, is determined to be a biosecurity activity zone.\n2.     The specified area is the area that:\n\n\n1.     is known as the Post Entry Quarantine Facility at Mickleham (the Facility) on the commencement of this instrument; and\n2.     is on the land (the specified land) known as 135 Donnybrook Road, Mickleham, Victoria on the commencement of this instrument; and\n\n\n1.     is bounded by the line starting at the point described in subparagraph (i) and running sequentially as described in the following subparagraphs:\n\n\n (i)  the point near the intersection of Donnybrook Road and Polaris Road, Mickleham, Victoria, on the north-east corner of a fence (the external perimeter fence) that is a maximum-security fence on the outer perimeter of the Facility;\n\n (ii) south along the external perimeter fence (including the security gates or other access points) of the Facility to the south-east corner of that fence near the boundary with the Protected Grassland on the specified land;\n\n (iii) west along the external perimeter fence of the Facility to the western boundary of the specified land;\n\n (iv) north along the western boundary of the specified land to the intersection of that boundary with the northern boundary of the specified land near Donnybrook Road, Mickleham, Victoria;\n\n (v) east along the northern boundary of the specified land to the point along that boundary directly above the starting point;\n\n (vi) south from that point mentioned in subparagraph (v) to the starting point; and\n\n1.     excludes the area on the specified land that is outside the area specified in paragraph (c).\n\n\nNote 1: The specified land is set out in folio identifier 2/LP202576J at Mickleham, City of Hume, County of Bourke, Victoria.\n\nNote 2: See section 399 of the Biosecurity Act 2015 for the powers that may be exercised by a biosecurity officer in, or in relation to goods or premises in, a biosecurity activity zone.\n\n1.     Schedule 1 sets out a map that illustrates the specified area on the specified land.\n\nSchedule 1—Map of biosecurity activity zone—Mickleham (Victoria)\n\nNote: See subsection 5(3).\n\n \n\n![Map illustrating the specified biosecurity activity zone in Mickleham, Victoria](image.002.jpeg)\n","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The instrument remains tightly focused on its original purpose: establishing a single biosecurity activity zone at a specific quarantine facility.
