This Determination may be cited as the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery Total Allowable Catch Determination 2011.\n\n\nCommencement\n\n \n\n2.      This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.\n\n \n\nInterpretation\n\n \n\n3.      A term used in this Determination takes the meaning given to it in the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery Management Plan 2002.\n\n \n\nDetermination of Total Allowable Catch\n\n \n\n4.      The total allowable catches for the Bass Strait Central Zone Scallop Fishery in the 2011 fishing season are:\n\n1. Commercial Scallop (Pecten fumatus), 2,000 tonnes (whole weight);\n2.
