These Regulations may be cited as the Australian Airlines (Conversion to Public Company) Regulations.\n\nInterpretation\n\n2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:\n\n> “the Act” means the Australian Airlines (Conversion to Public Company) Act 1988.\n\nProtected business names\n\n3. For the purposes of the definition of “protected business name” in section 5 of the Act, each of the following names is prescribed:\n\n(a) Australian Holidays and Tourism;\n\n(b) Australian Travel Agencies;\n\n(c) Australian World Travel;\n\n(d) Australian Aviation Engineering Services;\n\n(e) Australian Catering Services;\n\n(f) Australian Charter Airlines;\n\n(g) Australian Resorts;\n\n(h) Australian Regional Airlines.\n\nProtected company names\n\n4. For the purposes of the definition of “protected company name” in section 5 of the Act, each of the following names is prescribed:\n\n(a) Australian Regional Airlines Pty. Ltd.;\n\n(b) Australian Resorts Pty. Ltd..\n\n> Note: NOTE\n\n> Note: 1.
