This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Parliamentary Departments) Act (No. 2) 1991-92.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.\n\nIssue and application of $ 5 247 000\n\n3. The Minister for Finance may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the services specified in the Schedule, in respect of the year ending on 30 June 1992, the sum of $ 5 247 000.\n\n33823 Cat. No. 92 4608 6\n\n \n\nAppropriation of $5 247 000\n\n4. The sum authorised by this Act to be issued out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated, and is taken to have been appropriated as from 1 July 1991, for the services specified in the Schedule in respect of the year that commenced on that day.\n\nAdditional appropriation in respect of increases in salaries\n\n5. Section 5 of the Appropriation (Parliamentary Departments) Act 1991-92 has effect, on and from the commencement of this Act as if any reference in that section to Schedule 2 to that Act included a reference to the Schedule to this Act .\n\nNet annotated appropriations\n\n6.
