This rule ensures the legal definition captures banking arrangements even when they don't use the traditional nostro/vostro account structure.\n\n**Who it affects**\nFinancial institutions (particularly banks) that provide cross-border banking services to other banks must apply enhanced scrutiny to these relationships, regardless of whether they use nostro/vostro accounts."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/anti-money-laundering-and-counter-terrorism-financing-rules-instrument-2007-no-2","history":"/api/acts/anti-money-laundering-and-counter-terrorism-financing-rules-instrument-2007-no-2/history","analysis":"/api/acts/anti-money-laundering-and-counter-terrorism-financing-rules-instrument-2007-no-2/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/anti-money-laundering-and-counter-terrorism-financing-rules-instrument-2007-no-2/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/anti-money-laundering-and-counter-terrorism-financing-rules-instrument-2007-no-2/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/anti-money-laundering-and-counter-terrorism-financing-rules-instrument-2007-no-2/documents"}}
