This ban stays in place until the CEO cancels it in writing.\n- **Enforcement:** Police officers, facility staff, or people authorised by the CEO can use \"reasonable force\" to remove or keep out someone who has been banned.\n- **Offence:** It's a crime to enter or stay in a facility if you're banned. The penalty is a **$500 fine**.\n- **Grandfathering:** If someone was already banned under the old rules before July 2015, their ban continues under these new rules.\n\n**Who it affects:**\n\n- People receiving treatment at alcohol and drug facilities (who might be banned for disruptive or dangerous behaviour)\n- Staff and management of these facilities\n- Police officers who may need to enforce bans\n\n**Why it matters:**\n\nThese rules protect the safety and therapeutic environment of drug and alcohol treatment centres. They give facilities a formal, legally enforceable way to remove disruptive individuals without needing to go to court each time, while still requiring proper written authorisation from the CEO."},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
