This Determination may also be cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 27/2008.\n\n2 Commencement\n\nThis Determination commences on 20 September 2008.\n\n3 Revocation\n\nThe Aged Care (Residential care subsidy — amount of transitional supplement) Determination 2008 made by the Minister on 17 March 2008 under subsection 44-16 (3) of the Act is revoked.\n\n4 Definitions\n\nIn this Determination:\n\nAct means the Aged Care Act 1997.\n\ntransitional supplement has the same meaning as in section 21.25C of the Residential Care Subsidy Principles 1997.\n\n5 Amount of transitional supplement\n\nFor subsection 44-16 (3) of the Act, the amount of the transitional supplement is $18.23.\n\nNote\n\n1.
