This Determination may also be cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 28/2008.\n\n2 Commencement\n\nThis Determination commences on 20 September 2008.\n\n3 Revocation\n\nThe Aged Care (Residential care subsidy — amount of pensioner supplement) Determination 2008 made by the Minister on 17 March 2008 under subsection 44-28 (7) of the Act is revoked.\n\n4 Definition\n\nIn this Determination:\n\nAct means the Aged Care Act 1997.\n\n5 Amount of pensioner supplement\n\nFor subsection 44-28 (7) of the Act, the amount of pensioner supplement for a particular day is $6.83.\n\nNote\n\n1. All legislative instruments and compilations are registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments kept under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
