{"id":"F2013L01204","name":"Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Amount of Enteral Feeding Supplement) Determination 2013 (No. 1)","slug":"aged-care-residential-care-subsidy-amount-of-enteral-feeding-supplement-determination-2013-no-1","collection":"legislative_instrument","jurisdiction":"commonwealth","status":"repealed","isInForce":false,"actNumber":null,"makingDate":null,"administeringDepartment":null,"currentVersion":{"id":91024,"registerId":"commonwealth-F2013L01204-current","compilationNumber":null,"startDate":"2026-04-02","status":"Repealed","reasons":null,"registeredAt":null},"sections":[{"sectionNumber":"1","sectionType":"section","heading":"Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Amount of Enteral Feeding Supplement) Determination 2013 (No. 1)","content":"![](image.001.png)\n\nAged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Amount of Enteral Feeding Supplement) Determination 2013 (No. 1)¹\n\nAged Care Act 1997\n\nI, MARK BUTLER, Minister for Mental Health and Ageing, make this Determination under subsection 44‑14(6) of the Aged Care Act 1997.\n\nDated 25th June 2013\n\nMARK BUTLER\n\nMinister for Mental Health and Ageing\n\n1 Name of Determination\n\nThis Determination is the Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy – Amount of Enteral Feeding Supplement) Determination 2013 (No. 1).\n\n2 Commencement\n\nThis Determination commences on 1 July 2013.\n\n3 Revocation\n\nThe Aged Care (Residential Care Subsidy — Amount of Enteral Feeding Supplement) Determination 2012 (No. 1) made by the Minister on 22 June 2012, also known as F2012L01414, is revoked.\n\n4 Enteral Feeding Supplement\n\n(1) Subject to subsection (2), the amount of enteral feeding supplement payable in respect of a day is:\n\n(a) for bolus feeding — $16.78;\n\n(b) for non\\-bolus feeding — $18.86.\n\n(2) Where the actual cost to the approved provider of providing enteral feeding to the care recipient is equal to, or more than, 125% of the applicable amount referred to in subsection (1) (i.e. $20.98 for bolus feeding and $23.58 for non\\-bolus feeding), the amount of enteral feeding supplement payable in respect of a day is an amount equivalent to that actual cost.\n\nNote\n\n1.
