This Determination may also be cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 13/2006.\n\n2 Commencement\n\nThis Determination is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2006.\n\n3 Revocation\n\nThe Flexible Care (Transition Care) Subsidy Amount Determination 2005 made by the Minister for Ageing on 21 June 2005 is revoked.\n\n4 Determination\n\nFrom 1 July 2006, the amount of flexible care subsidy payable for a day in respect of the kind of flexible care specified in section 15.28 of the Flexible Care Subsidy Principles, known as Transition Care, is $104.83.","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":1447},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":1,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"This is a routine annual update that operates within the original scope of the legislative framework.
