This Determination may also be cited as ACA Ch. 3 No. 19/2006.\n\n2 Commencement\n\n  This Determination is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2006.\n\n3 Revocation\n\n The Determination made by the Minister for Ageing under section 52-1 of the Aged Care Act 1997 on 8 December 2005 (known as ACA Ch 3.
