When an aged care provider collapses, residents can lose substantial accommodation deposits. This law ensures the industry collectively chips in to cover those losses, rather than leaving residents empty-handed or relying solely on government bailouts."},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
