These Regulations may be cited as the Affirmative Action (Equal Employment Opportunity for Women) Regulations.\n\nInterpretation\n\n2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, “the Act” means the Affirmative Action (Equal Employment Opportunity for Women) Act 1986.\n\nTiming for development, &c., of the affirmative action program\n\n3. For the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (a) of the Act, 1 October 1986 is prescribed.\n\nNOTES\n\n1\\.
