A possibility then exists that the power lever on the PCU is unintentionally moved into the Beta Range when the power lever in the control quadrant is retarded to flight idle. This amendment is raised because field experience has shown that the original inspection criteria and intervals are not sufficient.","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":2453},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"This amendment tightens inspection intervals and criteria based on field experience but does not expand the scope beyond the original safety concern regarding power control cable wear in SAAB SF340A aircraft."},"complexity_factors":["Very short document (approximately 150 words) with a single operational requirement","Limited applicability restricted to one specific aircraft model and two part numbers","Simple compliance structure requiring only an initial inspection followed by recurring 200-hour intervals","Minimal cross-referencing (only one external technical document)","No conditional logic, exceptions, or defined terms requiring interpretation"],"plain_english_summary":"This AD mandates inspections of power control cables (P/N C82146-1 or C82146-2) on Saab SF340A aircraft per Saab Alert Service Bulletin SF340-76A-024 rev.2.
