In both cases the pilot received the “low level” hydraulic failure alarm. The investigations conducted on the two helicopters revealed a hydraulic fluid leak from the hydraulic pump casing. This is due to the incorrect procedure being applied to certain pumps at a repair station. |\n| ----------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |\n\n![](image.001.png) \nCharles Lenarcic \nDelegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority\n\n27 August 2007","sortOrder":0},{"sectionNumber":"AD/S-PUMA/71","sectionType":"part","heading":"AD/S-PUMA/71","content":"## AD/S-PUMA/71","sortOrder":1},{"sectionNumber":"Hydraulic Power System","sectionType":"part","heading":"Hydraulic Power System","content":"## Hydraulic Power System","sortOrder":2},{"sectionNumber":"11/2007 TX","sectionType":"part","heading":"11/2007 TX","content":"## 11/2007 TX","sortOrder":3}],"analysis":{"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
