As a consequence, the performance of the aeroplane, notably during take-off, may be significantly degraded. This condition, if not corrected, could lead to an uncommanded in-flight engine shut-down, possibly resulting in loss of control of the aeroplane. |\n\n \n\n| | Amendment 1 of this AD removes from the applicability certain aircraft models which are now covered by EASA AD 2014-0225, amends the compliance note to reflect DCA/R2000/31A, and provides further background information in relation to this issue. |\n| --- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |\n\n![](image.001.jpeg)\n\nPieter van Dijk \nDelegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority\n\n19 March 2019","sortOrder":0},{"sectionNumber":"AD/ROBIN/36 Amdt 1","sectionType":"part","heading":"AD/ROBIN/36 Amdt 1","content":"## AD/ROBIN/36 Amdt 1","sortOrder":1},{"sectionNumber":"Air Intake By-pass Flap","sectionType":"part","heading":"Air Intake By-pass Flap","content":"## Air Intake By-pass Flap","sortOrder":2},{"sectionNumber":"6/2019","sectionType":"part","heading":"6/2019","content":"## 6/2019","sortOrder":3}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":3,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"This amendment narrows rather than expands scope — it removes certain aircraft models from applicability because they are now covered by a European directive.
