The modifications mandated by this AD will prevent ICC fires.\n\nAmendment 1 revised the Directive to reflect the technical requirements of Transport Canada AD CF-92-03 R2 and to expand the \"Background\" information.\n\nThis amendment corrects the reference to FAA AD 94-11-11.\n\nAmendment 1 of this airworthiness directive became effective on 10 November 1994\\.
