The second population is all other hubs with fewer than 1,800 or more than 4,500 hours TIS. |\n\n![](image.001.png) \nJames Coyne \nDelegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority\n\n13 June 2008","sortOrder":0},{"sectionNumber":"AD/PHZL/90","sectionType":"part","heading":"AD/PHZL/90","content":"## AD/PHZL/90","sortOrder":1},{"sectionNumber":"Hub Mounting Bolt Holes","sectionType":"part","heading":"Hub Mounting Bolt Holes","content":"## Hub Mounting Bolt Holes","sortOrder":2},{"sectionNumber":"8/2008","sectionType":"part","heading":"8/2008","content":"## 8/2008","sortOrder":3}],"analysis":{"flash_summary":{"complexity_score":6,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The AD targets hubs identified as at risk after discovery of a cracked hub and defines the scope by propeller models, serial‑number exclusions and TIS bands.
