The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.\n\nAD/HS 125/154\n\nAmdt 1\n\n \nEngine Pylon Firewall 7/2000\n\nApplicability: Model BAe 125-800A and BAe 125-800B, Model Hawker 800, and Model Hawker 800XP series aircraft; as listed in Raytheon Service Bulletin SB.54-1-3815B, Revision 1, dated May 1998.\n\nRequirement: Fill all unused tooling holes in the left and right engine pylon firewalls with firewall sealant, in accordance with Raytheon Service Bulletin SB.54-1-3815B, Revision 1.\n\nNote: FAA AD 2000-08-07 Amdt 39-11693 refers.\n\nCompliance: Before 13 January 2001, unless already accomplished. This Amendment becomes effective on 13 July 2000.\n\nBackground: Reports were received of aircraft with two unused (open) tooling holes on the left hand and right hand engine pylon firewalls which may permit an engine fire moving to the fuselage, and to the lines that carry flammable fluid that are located inboard of the firewall.\n\nAmendment 1 is issued in response to a new FAA AD which requires further action due to reports of additional unused tooling holes, found at locations other than those previously addressed.\n\nThe original issue of this Airworthiness Directive became effective on 15 August 1996.\n\n![](image.003.png) \n\nBernard Malcolm Hole\n\nDelegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority 2 June 2000\n\n![](image.002.png) \n\nThe above AD is notified in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 14 June 2000.","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
