Most aircraft on the Australian register have been required to be fitted with upper torso restraint for front seat occupants for many years. This Directive is raised to ensure that front seat occupants in all Australian registered aircraft are afforded the same level of protection.","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":2512},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"This directive establishes a baseline fleet-wide mandate for upper-torso restraints. Adding a shoulder strap significantly increases the odds of surviving an emergency landing. This rule ensures every front-seat occupant gets that protection."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/ad-general-74-front-seat-occupant-restraint-installation","history":"/api/acts/ad-general-74-front-seat-occupant-restraint-installation/history","analysis":"/api/acts/ad-general-74-front-seat-occupant-restraint-installation/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/ad-general-74-front-seat-occupant-restraint-installation/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/ad-general-74-front-seat-occupant-restraint-installation/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/ad-general-74-front-seat-occupant-restraint-installation/documents"}}
