The AD compliance was within 100 hours time in service after 30 September 1971. As all aircraft would have installed the placard by now, the AD is no longer required. |\n\n![](image.001.png)\n\nJames Coyne \nDelegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority\n\n27 March 2009","sortOrder":0},{"sectionNumber":"AD/FU24/42","sectionType":"part","heading":"AD/FU24/42","content":"## AD/FU24/42","sortOrder":1},{"sectionNumber":"Installation of No Step Placard","sectionType":"part","heading":"Installation of No Step Placard","content":"## Installation of No Step Placard","sortOrder":2},{"sectionNumber":"5/2009","sectionType":"part","heading":"5/2009","content":"## 5/2009","sortOrder":3}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":1552},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":1,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"This instrument maintains its narrow, specific purpose of cancelling a single outdated airworthiness directive.
