There was no change to the requirements. The compliance remained unchanged, but the wording was clarified. |\n\n| | AD Amendment 4, effective 8 August 1991, was issued to update the mandatory retirement lives and to call up FAA and manufacturers documentation where possible.Amendment 3 of this Airworthiness Directive became effective on 31 October 1982. |\n| --- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |\n\n![pvd signature](image.001.jpeg)\n\nPieter van Dijk \nDelegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority\n\n22 January 2016","sortOrder":0},{"sectionNumber":"AD/ENST 28/1 Amdt 6","sectionType":"part","heading":"AD/ENST 28/1 Amdt 6","content":"## AD/ENST 28/1 Amdt 6","sortOrder":1},{"sectionNumber":"Retirement Life - Critical Components","sectionType":"part","heading":"Retirement Life - Critical Components","content":"## Retirement Life - Critical Components","sortOrder":2},{"sectionNumber":"3/2016","sectionType":"part","heading":"3/2016","content":"## 3/2016","sortOrder":3}],"analysis":{"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"Unauthenticated.
