Requirement:               1. Modify the windscreen wiper installation to provide a minimum blade pressure of\n\n28 ounces against the windscreen (measured at the blade attachment point) and\n\nminimum operating rate of 200 strokes per minute.\n\n \n\n2.    Alternatively to paragraph 2.1, replace the installation with a De Havilland P/N S3-547A, electrically-operated type, or any other wiper installation approved by the Secretary; or\n\n \n\n3.    DH TNS CT(A3) No. 46; or 4.
