In some cases, bolts had fully unscrewed and fallen into the engine cowling. This condition, unless corrected, could result in other bolts loosening with possible subsequent damage to the engine or accessories. |\n| ----------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |\n\n![](image.001.png) \nDavid Villiers \nDelegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority\n\n11 August 2008","sortOrder":0},{"sectionNumber":"AD/DA42/7","sectionType":"part","heading":"AD/DA42/7","content":"## AD/DA42/7","sortOrder":1},{"sectionNumber":"Rear Engine Support Bracket","sectionType":"part","heading":"Rear Engine Support Bracket","content":"## Rear Engine Support Bracket","sortOrder":2},{"sectionNumber":"10/2008","sectionType":"part","heading":"10/2008","content":"## 10/2008","sortOrder":3}],"analysis":{"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"Unauthenticated.
