Inspect thereafter at intervals not to exceed 1,000 hours time in service or 12 months, whichever occurs first.\n\nThis Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 13 May 2004.\n\nBackground: Cables have been detected in service with significant fraying at the location of the wing inboard rib fairlead.
