The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.\n\n![](image.001.png) \n\nCessna 400 Series Aeroplanes\n\nAD/CESSNA 400/52\n\nAmdt 2\n\n \nTrim Control Systems \\- Inspection 7/2004\n\nApplicability: All models Cessna 401, 402, 404, 411, 414 and 421 series aircraft. Amendment 2 restores the inspection interval to a maximum of 120 hours, correcting Amendment 1 which had (erroneously) permitted a longer deferral. Inspections must be completed at intervals not exceeding 120 hours time‑in‑service. The AD revokes the prior amendment and restores the intended 120‑hour interval.
