BHTC introduced as an interim measure a fluid-elastic (fluidlastic) lead-lag damper set, which has increased damping. Additionally, the operation of the aircraft was temporarily restricted to a minimum ambient temperature of -20 degrees C(-4 degrees F). BHTC ASB 430-01-22 reinstated the original temperature operation of the aircraft down to -40 degrees C (-40 degrees F) and introduced installation of new decals with the revised airspeed limitations. The latest revision of the Requirement document introduces an increased Vne airspeed at low temperatures. |\n\n![](image.001.png) \nDavid Villiers \nDelegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority\n\n21 April 2008","sortOrder":0},{"sectionNumber":"AD/BELL 430/13","sectionType":"part","heading":"AD/BELL 430/13","content":"## AD/BELL 430/13","sortOrder":1},{"sectionNumber":"Removal of Air Temperature Restriction","sectionType":"part","heading":"Removal of Air Temperature Restriction","content":"## Removal of Air Temperature Restriction","sortOrder":2},{"sectionNumber":"6/2008","sectionType":"part","heading":"6/2008","content":"## 6/2008","sortOrder":3}],"analysis":{"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
